The more specific you are about the problem, the more useful the first reply will be. Rough budgets help us tell you quickly whether the scope is realistic.
Three steps, no funnel.
You will not be passed to an account manager, added to a nurture sequence, or sent a calendar link before anyone has read what you wrote.
You send it
A paragraph is enough. If you have a brief, attach the context you are comfortable sharing — we sign an NDA before anything sensitive.
A partner replies
One of the three of us reads it and responds personally, either with questions or with a straight answer about fit.
We talk properly
Forty-five minutes, no deck. If it makes sense to continue we follow with a scoped proposal; if not, we will tell you who might be better placed.
Two offices, one team.
Projects are staffed across both studios. Visitors are welcome, but please arrange it first — most of the team works flexibly.

What you are trying to achieve, roughly when, and roughly what you can spend. Everything else we can work out on a call — and a rough budget lets us tell you honestly whether the scope is realistic before either of us invests time.
Yes, before you share anything sensitive. Send yours or ask for ours; either way it is usually turned around the same day.
Usually. A fair share of our work starts with a conversation twelve months before a project exists. We are not going to chase you in the meantime.
Occasionally, where they are self-contained — a technical audit, a design system review, a diagnostic sprint. Below about £12k it is rarely a good use of your money and we will say so.
